2. Services Description

CutCuts Lab provides premium grooming services enhanced by artificial intelligence technology, including:

• AI-powered facial geometry scanning and analysis
• Personalized style recommendations
• Professional barbering and grooming services
• Style Ledger (digital grooming history)
• AI Virtual Mirror technology
• Complimentary beverage service (Liquid Lounge)

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% service fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

3.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is required at the time of service or as specified during booking.

4.3 Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at your discretion. Suggested gratuity is 15-20% of the service total.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.

5. AI Technology and Data Usage

5.1 Consent to AI Scanning

By using our services, you consent to AI-powered facial geometry scanning and analysis. This technology is used solely to provide personalized grooming recommendations.

5.2 Style Ledger

Your grooming history is digitally stored in your Style Ledger to ensure consistency across visits. You may request deletion of this data at any time.

5.3 AI Accuracy

While our AI technology provides highly accurate recommendations, final styling decisions are made in consultation with our master barbers. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Treat staff and other clients with respect
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Provide accurate information during booking
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes
• Not interfere with our AI systems or technology

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Client Responsibility

You must inform us of any:

• Allergies or skin sensitivities
• Medical conditions that may affect services
• Current medications or treatments
• Recent cosmetic procedures

7.2 Sanitation Standards

We maintain the highest sanitation standards and comply with all local health regulations. All tools are sterilized between clients.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, AI algorithms, and software, is the property of CutCuts Lab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CutCuts Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions if proper disclosure was not made
• We are not liable for dissatisfaction with styling choices made against professional advice

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CutCuts Lab, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
